End of July - should I buy the iPhone 5S now or wait until the iPhone 6 comes out?

My Verizon Samsung S3 just came out of contract so I have been shopping. Verizon had a very attractive deal on the 5C and the 5S through the end of July.
I stayed with my S3 though
If I were you, I would like to wait for the iPhone 6 'cause it has the bigger screen. In my opinion, iPhone's screen is a little bit small even iPhone 5/5S/5C though it's 4 inch.
- Should I go ahead and get the iPhone 6 or wait until the next iPhone comes out? I want the iPhone 6 now bc I'm eligable for a upgrade but then again I want to be current and not be another year behind the current phone. What should I do?
- Should I get the iphone xs or xs max or wait till the iphone 11 comes out on September 20th? I have a Samsung galaxy 9. I have had an issue when I had to have a replacement phone sent to me and where a virus got on my phone and started sending me multi media messages from people I texted. Should I risk getting the iPhone 5 and not regret it or wait 1 and a half months for the Galaxy Note 2?
