Everything on my iphone is deleted

So I got my iphone 5 about a month ago.i've used it every single day since then and I have many pictures, videos, apps and music. Its basically my life in a phone. I just plugged it in to my computer for the first tie today. It gave me 2 options. 1 to set up as new iphone and 1 to restore from ipod. I clicked restore from ipod and now everything gone. It put all my ipod pictures, videos, apps, notes, and music onto my phone. So now where did everything on my iphone go? And how do I get it back

Wow and sorry… There are may ways to get this back… Do you have an icloud backed up on your device? If you do then you can go to your iphone settings--> icloud--> and check everything is set to ON, if everything was set on without changing it, go into itunes and choose restore from iCloud. If you did not back up from icloud you would either need to go to the nearest apple store or call them up giving your serial number and further details of your device and they will restore at no charge… The next option would be, if you have jailbreaked your iphone then that may be the cause you may have set automatic updates on and apple updated your iphone and they may have notised your pone is jailbroken so they removed all your data assept your jailbreak… The last option which works for most people is to restore from another ipsw (do at your own risk!) on your ipod settings--> general---> about--> copy your ios version down, next go in the internet type that version then add in.ipsw download free., once you have the ipsw you need to open itunes, hold shift while pressing the restore, a open dialogue box will open up, once you have done that you will need select the downloaded ipsw, once done your restore will proceed with everything back together. (do this option last if nothing else above worked)
