Facetime alternate between ipad/iphone and samsung galaxy s3?

I got a ipad and my parents who stay somewhere else earlier had an iphone and we used to videocall each other through facetime for free on Wi-Fi. But now they have bought a galaxy s3, so they dnt have any facetime now. Can anyone tell that how to video call over Wi-Fi between ipad/iphone and galaxy s3

Facetime doesn't work on galaxy s3, so you should use tango app.
