Factory reset iphone 4s without itunes- forgot passcode?
I forgot passcode to my iphone 4s. I can't restore or put it in recovery mode and restore with itunes because i no longer have the computer that i set my phone up in the first place. I have tried pretty much everything- i-funbox, gecko tool… Are there any other solutions?
So as long as you have a computer sign in to your apple account on it then put your phone in dfu mode (look it up on the Internet how to do it) then iTunes will say iPhone is in recovery mode you must restore and update it before you can use it then continue and it should work
Yea flubber is right. Put it in to recovery or dfu mode then factory reset it on your computer to have a "new" used iPhone 4s
- Will the MAC address of my iPhone reset if I reset my iPhone to its factory settings over iTunes? I have jailbroken my device and used terminal to change my MAC address so that I could connect to school's Wi-Fi. But when I wanted to change it to its initial number, I typed in a wrong value and it just messed up my Wi-Fi, I can't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. Wonder if resetting to factory settings would help…
- Is there anyway I can manually reset my iPhone 5s completely without using iTunes or passcode? I need to reset my iPhone 5s and I don't have access to a computer right now and my cousin thought it was funny to change my passcode I can't just call him to get it so that's not an option. Is there ANY other way? Like any buttons is have to hold? Lol
- Is there a way to hard factory reset my iphone without passcode, itunes, or computer? I found this iphone (5s I think) and I was wondering if there's a way to reset it w/o all that junk.
- How to reset an Iphone passcode without factory resetting it? So I recently found my Iphone (3gs, not jailbroken) and I don't remember the passcode anymore. I don't want to factory-reset the thing because I have allot of stuff on there that I don't want to lose. Is it possible to wait out the "Iphone is disabled, connect to ITunes" message, or is my only option to reset it?
