Filming on an aeroplane with my iPhone?

I'm going on holiday soon and I want to film my take off can I?
I'm going to use my iPhone would it be ok and put it on aeroplane mode

Looking out the window should be fine. Filming looking inside the cabin, the flight attendants are likely to stop you - airline rules.

If the crew does not object, it's fine. There's no technical danger to the aircraft in any case.

During Takeoff and Landing you are required to turn off all electronic devices. This includes iPhones even on Airplane mode. While you are above 10, 000ft(3048m) you are allowed to use your iPhone as long as it is in Airplane Mode. The Cabin Crew will make announcements when you can and can't use them.

During the flight crews final check before takeoff they check to make sure that you have your devices turned off. If they see you with it on and you refuse to turn it off, they may see this as a threat. If that happens they will abort the take-off and return to the terminal. When that happens you will be met with local law enforcement officials who will remove you from the plane and place you under arrest.

You can't film the take off or landing cuz you can't have any electronic on during that time.

you must put it in airplane mode and then turn it off completely during take off and landing.
they will announce when you can turn the electronics on during the flight.
you can take videos at that time.
