Forgot 4 digit password on iPhone?

My sister forgot her 4digit passcode. I finally got it out of recovery mode and the time it tells you to wait has expired. Now it asks for the normal passcode, what can I do to get in and turn the passcode off?

You have to factory reset it with iTunes, that's the only way to bypass the security

I'm Really Experienced In This Thing. Go To PC Connect Your iPhone To Pc and open iTunes on PC THen Hold power Button(The Button on the upper side) and Home Button for 10 sec when screen goes off and then turns on again then you have to immidiately release power button and then keep holding home button for 10 sec thn on iphone you will see the logo of itunes and USB Connector. On PC (iTunes) you will See this message: "Your iPhone Have Been Detected in Recovery Mode Do You Wanna restore it" click ok and click restore and then wait until you will see Term Of Services Agree the Terms And Then Its Gonna Download a New Software for your iphone wait 2 hours to download it depends on you internet network.once Its downloaded click restore again and then its gonna restore your phone to default settings. You basically have to wipe your phone clean and start over. Otherwise go to the apple store and maybe they can help recover it.

I've recently purchased a iPhone5s it needs a 4digit passcode after restarting what do I do
