Forgot passcode for iPhone 4S, don't want to update?
So everytime I hook it up to restore it, it says I have to update the software. Is there a way to restore it or over ride the pass code without updating?
I've been trying to update it all day but it gets half way through & the dodgy Internet stops or disconnects itself!
Please help!
Oh and I've only got windows 7 not a Mac

and the local dealers could solve it in no time!
Only way is to re-install through itunes.updating might not solve problem, so re-install the software.

- Iphone asking me for a passcode to install update. I never set up a passcode. Options? I just tried to update my iphone to 7.1.1 and i'm being asked for a passcode. I never set one up, but entered what I would have made it, and now have a message saying "FAILED. One more attempt". What happens if I get this final attempt wrong? How do I continue with update if I can't remember this passcode?

If I stop paying for iCloud will my shared photo stream pics/vids still always be available (forever)? Why do so, w videos and pictures not load on shared photo stream, does apple delete them? Where'd they go? I like google pictures to store my photos, but it's not HD. I have iPhone 6+
