Found an Iphone need some

We found an Iphone in middle of the street. IT's a 4, so when we took it in to the store they said they couldn't find the owner since there's no sim card. Basically I'm an idiot with smartphones and don't know how to do anything on it. Is there anything I can do to find it's rightful owner? There are a few missed calls, is there a way to call back without having to enter a passcode?

Call the missed call's numbers with another phone and ask if they knew somebody with an iPhone. Or you can go to the settings and somethines the phone's number is listed there.

We tried that, but there's no number visible. The phone is locked and it just shows there are missed calls.

  • Why do some iPhones cost $200 and some cost $900? Is there like data forever or something on these jacked up price or are you literally buying a $900 iPhone when you can only use it for Wi-Fi? And why does it cost so much less when you get it with a service plan like AT&T?
  • Some things have on my iPhone are in Spanish, and some are in English? A couple weeks ago I changed my phone language to Spanish because I'm going to Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic soon so I wanted to practice my Spanish. But I changed it back a few days ago, but a lot of things are still in Spanish? Why? How do I fix it? I have iOS 11.2.6 and the iPhone 7plus if that matters any
  • I was very curious about black market websites and found myself on some weird stuff? I downloaded onion browser on my iPhone and found some weird stuff there via the links they provided. Stuff like hard drugs, guns and hit men saying they were willing to kill. I'm very worried now because I was searching for this stuff and I know iOS will still be able to trace this stuff up. I haven't bought anything. Does anybody have any advice on what I should do?
  • I found an iphone a while ago and need advice? I had found an iphone 2 years ago and tried to contact the owner multiple times via the emergency contact list and no one had answered or came looking, if I sell it is it a legal transaction?
