Gray bar at the bottom of iPhone screen?
So today I unlocked my iPhone and I saw that there was a gray bar at the bottom but it doesn't appear when I'm in an app, how do I get rid of it

- Bottom part of my iphone touch screen won't respond? I got my screen replaced by a friend and it has not had any problems but I feel like something happened when I was swimming with it in my lifeproof case. There isn't water damage and the warranty does not cover it if it was replaced by non apple store. What could be the problem? Can i fix it myself?
