Has apple put a block on copying songs not bought on itunes to iphones?
I have same problem that so many people have copying songs to iphone. Tried every trick that people suggest but nothing works. Most of my music is from CDs or 'other' sources. Have they put a block on it with that lastest update.
Dump your iPhone and go buy and Android phone. Then you will be able to simply drag and drop your songs directly to the device without hassle. All this without iTunes or any other syncing software.
Just an idea.
Of course not, I use mp3 all the time for my songs. Nothing hard about it, you add the mp3 songs to your itunes list, then copy your list to your iphone or ipod, etc, its easy.
Why would you ask this question w/o saying
How you tried to put music on your iPhone and
What did happen when you tried?
Both are important clues to the problem.'
Also important - how did you get the music from the CD" Did you try ripping w/iTunes or something else like Windows Media Player? If WMP or something else, what file format did you rip to? ("song" is not a file format.)
Lastly - I don't know what different ideas were suggested by other people. Did those ideas include rebooting your computer (always important after an iTunes update) or just trying again.

- Why is my iPhone copying the same video over and over? So I took a screen recording earlier today and when I went to send it, there were about 50 of the same video. I thought alright i'll just delete them. So I did. And they returned. I now have over 300 of the same video and it keeps copying itself.
- Recently my iphone has been getting songs I never bought downloaded? It seems that they downloaded on their own, and when I looked them up, I couldn't even find them in itunes. Moreover, when I try to delete them from my phone it doesn't even give me the option to do so. I've heard a little about this problem before, but I can't seem to find any fixes for it. Any ideas?
- Is there any way of copying a iMovie project from iPhone to PC? A video I made is to long to be exported to anywhere else like Facebook or YouTube so I was wondering can I connect my iphone to my laptop and find it that way and copy it over to my PC?
- Is it possible to block block numbers? I have a iPhone I just a call about an hour ago. It was from a blocked number they left a voice mail witch was only 3 seconds long. S/he didn't even say anything. I would love to know if I can block this. They are really scary for me.
