Having trouble with Wi-Fi on iPhone 4?
I have a relatively fast Internet connection; 50 down 15 up. I run the speedtest.net app on my iPhone and it confirms these results with a 15-30ms ping.
That being said, I can't load YouTube videos, my Wi-Fi gets dropped sometimes, and I even have difficulty loading web pages sometimes.
Why is this happening? Is there any fix?
You didn't mention what iphone you have or how old it is or how long this has been going on. So there's a lot of unknowns.
I'll try and give you the best solutions.
1) Search google to see if anyone else has your problem
2) If anyone else has a phone that has Wi-Fi in your house or wherever your problem is then see if they have similar issues to see if its your internet.
3) If the above fails go to the Apple store, you may have a factory issue with your phone and they will replace it for free depending on your warranty. Just explain your problem. The techs at the apple stores are very helpful. Just call you local apple store and make an appointment.

- IPhone 5 having trouble sending group messages and pictures? I just got a brand new iPhone 5 from AT&T. Whenever I try to send a group message, the sending bar gets almost to the very end, and then stops and says "Message Send Failure". I try to resend it multiple times, but it still doesn't work. Also, it won't send pictures at all. The same thing happens. Is there any way I can fix this, or do I need to take it back to the store?

I recently bought a mophie juice pack for my iPhone 5 and when I first plugged it in to my phone a message came up and said "this cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone". What does this mean? What should I do?
