Help clearing memory on iphone 4?

I need space and i know apps like facebook store a lot of data, how do i delete the data and cookies from other apps (non-safari). Yes i know the sfari one but that only deletes the safari cookies and data

help me please and thanks

You could use a desktop app called PhoneClean. Does just that. Free also.

  • Will clearing cache on my iPhone delete my voice recordings? I've recorded songs on the Voice Recorder app on my iPhone and I'm thinking about clearing cache on it, but I'm afraid that if I clear out my cache, my recordings will be gone. Will that happen?

  • Memory help on the iPhone 4? I have an iPhone 4 and it keeps telling me I'm running low or out of memory. I only have 41 songs and 2 apps I've personally downloaded. (Not joking I counted.) the apps are Facebook and Instagram. Can anybody tell me what i can do to fix this? Or why those 2 things take so much memory?
