I've seen that there is a hack available for download for this game, and people say it works, but every single download link I go to requires you to take a survey and give all your information like your address and your phone number or download something ridiculous! Is there anyway i can just download it? Please help!

I don't see the point in cheating on a game. The fun itself is taking the time to get around obstacles you face. Anyway, so long as it's not online and your only depriving yourself of fun instead of yourself and others… You'd have to jailbreak your phone then download one of the apps from Cydia. If your phone isn't jailbroken and you have an iphone 4S there currently isn't a jailbreaking method for IOS 6.1.3 unless by chance you haven't updated to 6.1.3 yet. Otherwise else you'll need an iphone 4, or 5 with IOS 6.1.4 or below 6.1.3 to jailbreak your phone. If 6.1.4 you'll have to downgrade below 6.1.3 first.
