If you're going to get this device I suggest you don't. The 5S/5C will soon no longer be supported within 2 more years. Many apps and iOS updates will start slowing your device down till it's a pain to use. This is one of the reasons the iPhone SE is being made in the first place.
From every point of view, it is unwise to buy iPhone 5S or 5C at this moment.
