How come I can't iMessage this person?
I have an iPod touch and I want to iMessage my frien who has an iPhone, which means he has iMessage but everytime I try to iMessage him it says this person is not registered with iMessage and I can't text him. How do I change this?
They may not have it turned on
Well unless you steal his iPhone or convince him to do it, you can do anything. But if HE goes on his iPhone, then goes to Settings, then iMessage, make sure iMessage is turned on. Also iMessage is only available in iOS 5.0 or later. If he has iMessage turned on make sure you're sending the message to one of his accounts that is activated with his iMessage account. You can check that out by under the messages category in settings look at Send & Receive and make sure you're sending the iMessage to one of the accounts.

- Why does my iMessage not go thru to a certain person? So when I text this one person it won't go thru as iMessage. Yes she has an iPhone and yes my iMessages are going thru to other people. When other people text that person, they go thru as iMessage. So has she blocked me or something? Or what else could it be?

Ok so me and this person text and we rely off iMessage cuz we both live over seas and iMessage used to be fine for both of us but now for her phone it keeps sending texts and it's costing me a lot of money.
