Not worth it. But if you're gonna buy one choose the iPhone 5s instead of iPhone 5.

It may get the next iOS update, but it will be the last. And it's starting to get slow too.
If you don't need the latest and greatest, the iPhone 5 will do just fine for several more years to come. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
It's just fine I have a 5 and it has no problems and I like the size much more than the 6, 6s size. I don't believe in changing a phone until the day it stops working.

So i was thinking about getting the Iphone 4s In January 2014, but i know that is already dated but it is all i can afford… But by 2016 do you think Apple will still be releasing more and more phones? Because if they do this put me off getting the 4s? Don't be rude… It's all i can afford.
- Is the iPhone 5/5c still a good device in 2016? I need a new phone, hoping to switch to iPhone, but I'm on a budget. I see a lot of good deals on refurbished phones from websites like Gazelle. The iPhone 5 or the 5c (I know they're essentially the same phone) are within my price range, but are they simply too old? I don't consider myself a "power user," just texting, social media, and taking photos basically.
- Is it worth it to get an iPhone 5 in 2016? I currently have a G2 and it's giving me a lot of problems and besides I just don't really like android as much as I did in the past. Is it worth it for me to get the iPhone 5 and use it until the iPhone 7 Comes out? PS: I had a 6s Plus which I loved but due to unforeseen circumstances was lost. I also had a 5c which was 8gb and I hated due to the lack of space and poor build quality.
