How Long Does It Take For UPS To Deliver My Package (iPhone 5) From Rogers?

I ordered my phone from Rogers on Friday and it was shipped on Saturday and they send me an email saying it will take up to five business days for the delivery to reach me. I should be getting it today since it is Friday and it still has not come yet. When I track my number on the UPS site it says: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." So does this mean that it didn't even reach where I'm? Also I live in Montreal and I believe it shipped out from Toronto since that's what it says in the email I got. Is it normal for it to take longer than five business days? I'm worried if someone has stolen it or it has been misplaced. I called both UPS and Rogers today and they weren't any help. Also, during this whole week, someone has been home to watch if anyone came. I want my phone already and it's been a week!

I would wait the rest of today, and then if it does not show up I would either call Rogers or UPS and tell them that you are missing your shipment with your phone inside

How I know I have a delivery to me anyway you can proof that I have a phone is been delivered to me so how do I have to wait for a phone to be delivered to me and I'm edge but to have one send me through mail.
