I would say approximately 3 hrs. It could be more or less.
Not sure if that is the standard wattage but mine using the std. One does so in a little under/over 3 hrs

Okay so I just got a new iPhone 4 so I'm not sure how long it should take to charge but I just had it at 86% and I left it charging for 1hour and its still not full charged.
