How long does it take to get a iphone if the store doesn't have any in stock?
I ordered a iPhone 4 on Tuesday the 10/31/12 it says on USPS tracking it has Delivered today at Att and arrived at 11:09 its 5:54 right now how long do you think it will take for them to contact me will it be tonight or tomorrow?

Having read, (and re-read), your question, you appear to be saying that the parcel has been delivered at 11:09. If this is the case, where is the parcel now - has somebody else signed for it? If you are saying that the parcel arrived at UPS at 11:09, then it will probably be delivered on Monday.
Okay, your question doesn't make sense. Here's the thing, the other answer is correct - it says that it is delivered. I assume it was being delivered to your address. You need to go look for the package where it was to be delivered. Check the tracking and see where it was delivered.
edit: note, it WAS delivered to ATT, not being, it's there. Call the store, we couldn't possibly have any clue when they may call you.
