How many languages does Siri speak?

Like the Siri in iPhone 4s… And ya except English ofcource

I have an iPad with siri I'm pretty sure its the same languages so here are all the languages:

-english:
ausralian, canadian, british, american(united states), there's a lot more languages like french, german, italian, japanese, and others.

if want to see all the languages go to settings>general>siri>languages and you are all set.

It supports 8 languages excluding English where all iOS versions are later to 5.0.
Languages include French, Japanese, Mandarin, German, Spanish, Italian, Korean and Cantonese.

According to sources from Brazilian site, Techguru the company Nuance Communications has delivered the final version in Portuguese for Apple

  • Why is IPhone Siri funnier than iPad Siri? I have an iPad mini. Siri is so boring on mine. She just says, "I can't answer that." Or "is that so?". On my friends iPhone, she replies really funny. Also on the Internet I see funny convos with Siri all from iPhone and not on iPad mini. Why is it that siri is funnier on iPhone? They are both part of apple!
  • Learn to read write and speak Japanese? So I would like to learn how to read wrote and speak Japanese for low or no cost. Is there a site or app that I can go to so I can learn (keep in mind I'm a beginner and don't know any Japanese). If not what language teacher should I get. I have a iphone 5 for the downloading app and thanks this helps BELIEVE IT! #naruto
  • Is there an iPhone app to speak another language? I want to speak Russian or Spanish(Mexico) but I can't find a decent app. Do you know of a decent app?
  • Is there an IPhone app that speak the callers name when trying to phone you? Just a curious question. The HTC has an app 'caller name talker' and the phone speaks and tells you who's calling you/texting you.
