I think Apple will pay betwee 200 and 300 depending on how much memory it has.
Other sites have similar prices, or you could probably get close to 4-500 on craislist of ebay if you have the 32 or 64gb model. The 16gb won't sell for nearly as much.

Probably not much at this point because its nearing obsolete now with the new models out. It depends on how much memory it has to give it an actual price, and what carrier it is on, condition etc. Lots of factors.
