That is American price (contract plan) and for use in America only. If you want to get unlock iPhone it will costs you a lot more than that… Very expensive.
Their gonna add taxes and fees so you might be paying a little more than that. I'd say after taxes and fees you might actually be paying anywhere between $250-$300
