How much does att charge to terminate a two year contract?
I have an iPhone 5c and would like to know how much att would charge me to terminate my contract. Any additional details I need to know would also be appreciated thank you.
I don't know, it would say on the contract "you" signed, find where that contract is. You can call AT&T cust serv to find out in the morning.
AT&T will charge you $325 minus $10 for each full month of completed service with them. If you've completed a year with them then you've to pay $325 - ($10 x 12 months) = $205

I hope to switch from Straight talk over to AT&T so i don't have to continue paying $300+ when I need a new phone. The iphone 6 is about $100 with AT&T s two year contract, and then I'm eligible for an upgrade. Will I be held in that two year contract or would I be able to upgrade earlier to a more recent version? How much does it generally cost to upgrade early?

What does that mean? Since I wan to switch to prepaid service of another company, can I use this phone (Iphone 5) with the new sim?
