How much does it cost to repair a broken iPhone 4 screen?
I dropped my iPhone 4 and the front screen is all messed up. Where can I go and how much does it cost?
A Kiosk at a mall will charge about $80 (i asked about 6 months ago). Ha.

At this point an iPhone 4 is only.99 cents brand new for most places if not free. If you don't have an upgrade ask about adding a line or best bet is to call your phone carrier and see what choices you have
- If I buy a iPhone with a broken screen and I repair the screen will it turn on still locked and be unusable? I'm thinking about buying broken iPhones and repairing their screens to resell them but how do I know if I buy a phone that won't turn on that once I fix the screen and it does turn on that it won't be locked from the previous owner and be unusable? Can they then be completely reset to be able to be re sold?
