IMHO save your money. Apple devices are not worth the money (unless you like to show off to your friends that you have the newest Apple device). Android mobile devices are far more capable, and PCs have always been the standard for most applications. Androids in particular offer better hardware specifications for the price, as well as the flexibility to tweak the devices to one's own preferences.
Of course, if you are completely lost when it comes to using computers, then the Apple products are for you. Like the old Apple slogan said, "It just works". In the world of the tech, this translates to "Apple-computers for dummies".
