If you want Apple iPhone 5 through T-Mobile contract then you have to wait because it's not available on T-Mobile in US right now but you can look at AT&T or Verizon both are giving iPhone 5 at $199 for the first time and rest amount will be added into your monthly plan till 2 years, otherwise if you want a contract-free version then it costs:
