I've had it about 3 years, it has a few scratches and the lock button sometimes sticks. It is unlocked, and it comes with a Nixon case.
Check craigslist in your area to see what comparable ones are asking. You can also trade it in now since they take trade ins as that makes it alot easier then selling it on your own.
