On an average it takes around $109 - $150 depending on which phone you have and if your device is still under warranty or not. Keep in mind that if you get the iPhone repaired at any of the independent shops, your warranty of Apple will be void.
You can get a repair kit in around $50-$80, which seems to be a lot lesser but it is bit risky to do it yourself, unless you are an expert in handling compact wirings and structure.
