When the iPhone 6 releases from Apple, the 5s will go down like the previous phones did. Most likely it will be from $100 to $00.99 with a plan. If you do not have an upgrade, it will be at the msrp price unless your phone carrier has special offers. Your best bet to get a cheap phone is ebay or holidays.
Being that the iPhone 6 will be releasing in late november 2014, the iPhone 5s will be as low as $70 on contract and without a contract as low as $100. September 24th is Pre-ordering for your iPhone 6 and its $50 less if you Pre-Order. (Hopefully this helps)
