How much would it cost to fix an iPhone 5c cracked screen?
So i cracked my screen on my 5c and i need to know how much it will cost, I've heard it's probably expensive but i need a good idea of how much.
You can buy a screen for around $10 and install it yourself, which could take a few hours if you don't know what you're doing. You could also pay someone around $40 to fix it for you.
Do not be fooled by those that tell you, you can purchase a screen for $10. What is being sold is just the front glass part. IPhones screens are 3 parts that are fused together. Being fused together makes separating them a very difficult task and highly likely to damage without the proper equipment. Typical pricing for iPhone 5c screen repair ranges from $149-$199. Be very careful about prices, many companies use low quality replacement screens. Always ask for Original or OEM.
