How much would my upgrade with Sprint cost?

My mom is already entitled to an upgrade from her iPhone 4S and she wants a gold iPhone 5s. We have an iPhone 4 that currently has no service, and she would like to turn that phone on, so that will have an extra cost. But she would also like to add another iPhone 5s to her plan. She would also like a family plan with unlimited talk and text, with I believe 1 GB of data. About how much will purchasing the phones cost, and about how much will her monthly bill be?

Option One: Traditional 2 year agreements
Upgrading her line to an iPhone 5S will be $199.99 plus tax (as long as her line is indeed upgrade eligible). There may also be a $36 upgrade activation fee (The fee is waived for business accounts). To start the second line, she may have to pay a $36 activation fee (again, waived for business accounts). The third line will be the same phone/activation cost as the upgrade line.
The Price plan she would go on would be the Unlimited My Way plan. For Unlimited Talk and Text, and 1GB of data per line, the first line would be $70, the second line $60, and the third line $50. You can move up to unlimited data at any time (no change of contract) for an additional $10/month per line (you can only put it on one line if you want)

Option Two: Sprint Framily Plan, no contracts
A down payment for the upgrade phone and the new phone will be required, I think it's $99 per phone for the 5S, plus the taxes for the full retail price of the phone. Then you finance the remaining $550 of each phone over two years. The same activation fees as earlier still apply. Obviously, you don't have to pay for the phone you already own (but again, activation fee may apply).
Price plan: Sprint Framily plan. Unl Talk/Text, and 1GB of data is $45 per line with three lines. Remember that this is in addition to the payments for the two new phones. You can buy up to 3GB of data for $10 more per line, or unlimited data for $20. If you buy up to unlimited data on a line for 12 months, you can trade your phone in and get a new one (down payment and a fresh round of phone payments apply). If you can get more people to join Sprint and join your Framily, the price per line drops for both you and for the new people on your Framily. The new people can be on their own accounts, with their own bills.

There's advantages and disadvantages to each plan. If the people on your account are likely to upgrade their phones often, the regular contract plan will cost you less per month. But if you're going to hold on to your phones for a while (or if you're good at "recruiting" people to Sprint) the Framily plan could be a better deal in the long run.
