How quickly will a Solar Panel charge a 13000mAh Lithium-Ion battery?

I have purchased a 13000mAh battery to recharge portable electronics (iPhone, bluetooth headset, etc.) while on a bike tour. Although the battery can be charged by plugging it into a socket, I'd like the option of charging it as I ride with a solar panel.

I'm trying to determine if this is practical and, if so, what specs I should be looking for in a solar panel charging unit. The battery paperwork suggests that with a charge input of 5V / 1.5A, from a USB charging adapter, like that which charges a cell phone, it will be fully charged in about 6.5 hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

The solar panels on those mobile chargers do not produce enough power to charge the batteries, at best they extend the battery life. You'll notice that they don't even mention how many watts the solar cells are because they don't want you to realize it would take days to recharge by the solar panel.

I've been on a number of bike tours, and if you have also, then you'll know that we're always thinking about size and weight, and trying to shed what we don't need. A solar panel is one of those items. It will be clumsy to try to keep it exposed to the sun, and it's unlikely that you'll need it if you go through civilization even once every few days. Even McDonald's tends to have outlets that you can plug into. With your external battery, you can charge at a motel, and have enough to recharge your phone all through the week. Also know that even 20 minutes of being plugged in will put a substantial charge on that external battery.
