Have tunes installed on your computer, make sure it is your default music player. Find music you downloaded from the internet or wherever. Find the mp3 file and click play, iTunes will open and it will then play the song and add it too your iTunes library. Plug in your iPhone and sync to iTunes and it will transfer the music into your iPhone's music library.
Oh for the free way to download iTunes music is to first download iTunes to your computer just go to apple.com and type it in at the search engine to the top right corner than go to beemp3 or mp3skull.com after it downloaded than type in a song you want for example on mp3skull right click than save target as than add it to your music file and than go back to iTunes it may take a couple minutes to show up but a much much easy way i just found out is to get on your iPhone App Store download MusicFree and go to mp3skull.com on the app search engine type in your song and download all your songs will be downloaded in no time trust me this way is much easier!
