I think there's a way but I think you should contact the company of your plan. I think you have to pay or something to block someone but if you feel it's worth it, go ahead
You can find many app for blocking someone to call you or to text you. Some app will be chargeble and some will be free(you can only block one person.). But it will block the call and the text both. Try apple store to find that kind of app.cause i don't know the app names which will be good in your country.
