I wanna sell my iPhone 4s but I forgot the iCloud password. I don't know the questions either. Can I put it in dfu mode and reset it all?
You can't do that from DFU mode. The only way you can get it working is by logging in with your iCloud account. If you need help with it, mail me for more info.

If you restore it in DFU mode the iPhone would be useless because you will still need to log into to iCloud to activate the phone.
Why do you not remember your answers to your questions. That's like the only way of verifying that you're the owner. There's nothing you can do about bypassing the iCloud lock. NO ONE can help you. Not even Apple will.
Do everything that you can to remember your password, and remove the iPhone from your iCloud account.
