How to completely reset my iPhone?
I'm selling my iPhone. I've tried to reset it in the General settings but all i get is "The Connection to iCloud timed out".
I've also tried to restore it on the computer. But it says, "Go to iCloud settings on your iPhone and turn off find my phone before restoring your phone"
So then try it. Tells me to type in my ID password. But then comes up with the message "The connection ti iCloud timed out".
I'm not sure if its because the iCloud is using my old email address/ID Username.
Added (1). I've also tried to Sign out of iCloud. But got that message again 'iCloud timed out"
To Reset An Iphone I Think You HAVE TO KNOW THE ID PASSWORD for security reasons. Could Be Wrong Though, But If Not You Could Try A Phone Repair Or Carrier Store
- Will the MAC address of my iPhone reset if I reset my iPhone to its factory settings over iTunes? I have jailbroken my device and used terminal to change my MAC address so that I could connect to school's Wi-Fi. But when I wanted to change it to its initial number, I typed in a wrong value and it just messed up my Wi-Fi, I can't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. Wonder if resetting to factory settings would help…
- My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?

I need to reset my iPhone 5s and I don't have access to a computer right now and my cousin thought it was funny to change my passcode I can't just call him to get it so that's not an option. Is there ANY other way? Like any buttons is have to hold? Lol
- If I completely reset my Iphone 5s, will it go back to IOS 7? I just got my new IPhone, and upgraded it, but there have ben several problems. Not only do I hate the layout, but it refuses to connect to my Wi-Fi, saying the password is incorrect every time I enter it correctly. Would resetting the phone completely turn it back to normal?
