How to connect your iPhone to iTunes after it getting disabled?
Forgot the password on it and need to reset the passcode somehow to get in. Needs me to connect to itunes. How?
It has to be restored, for security reasons you can't just reset the passcode.
You need to enter DFU mode first:
- Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
- Turn off the device.
- Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
- Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
- Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
- After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
Once in DFU mode, simply press restore on iTunes and the device will be put back to factory mode without a passcode.
You maybe able to do a backup before hand, if you've previously done a backup on that computer then it won't ask for you to unlock it first. If you haven't then you can't as you need to unlock it before hand.

It did nothing. So then I clicked on my device and I clicked 'restore iPhone' but it says it'll delete data? Will this delete all my pictures and music that ISN't backed up?
