How to delete all of my information on my iphone if the screen doesn't work and it has a passcode?
I have an iphone but dropped it in salt water on beach and its destoryed i got a replacment phone but need to delete all my info before i send it back… But i can't because the screen is destroyed and when i hook it up to my Macbook to hook it up on itunes but it says phone is locked and you have to unlock it to get in it. So how do i delete all my stuff if i can't get in to it Please Help
Take the back of your phone and damage the memory card severly then out it back and tada! No memory just a broken i phone

- My iPhone screen is all black and my power / sleep button doesn't work. What do I do? I clicked on this app & my phone turned all black all I could see was the status bar and that's it & I pressed the home button but it stayed frozen, it didn't work. & well my power button doesn't work so yeah and then my iPhone locked and now I press the home button and Siri works and everything but my phones screen is still black!
- My iphone 5s will not turn on. Hard reset doesn't work and itunes doesn't recognise it My phone hasn't turned on in 5 days. Doesn't respond to the charger or being plugged into the computer. I've tried the hard reset a thousand times and nothing happens. ITunes won't recognize my phone so I can't do a factory reset. Can anyone tell me another way of resetting my phone?
