How to delete photos (files) from the Iphone?

I by accident transferred my photo album files to my Iphone4. I was trying to transfer the photos from my old Iphone3. How to I delete these files from my new Iphone4?

You have to do it on iTunes, go to your photos and unclick the album and sync it again

Hi, I'm running out of storage on my phone so I thought the best thing to do would be to delete some photos, and obviously my photo stream folder uses up tons of space, but when I delete photos from the photo stream do they delete from camera roll too?
