Use your charger to connect your iphone to your computer. Then something should either pop up or if not then go to your files tab and look for your iphone. Click on it and you should find your pictures in one of the folders.
There's an iPhone app called Transfer Pro that works very well, easy, and fast.
Just use windows explorer to copy paste, I do it all the time.
