How to force myself to go to bed earlier?

First of all, I'm going to be honest here, but this is only a rough outline. Here is my routine at the moment:
9:30 Computer off. Stark drinking wamr and eating a small slab of dark chocolate. Mess around with my iPad/iPhone whilst doing so.
10:00-10:30 Eat a banana.
10:30-10:40 Get changed into my PJs. Clean my teeth.
10:40-10:45 See Mum.
10:50-10:55 See my sister.
10:55-11:00 Get into bed. Mess around with iPad/iPhone.
11:10 DVD on.
11: 30-11:40 DVD off.
11:55-12:00+ Reading. Light off.
12:20-12:30 Praying.
1:30+ Finally drop off to sleep.
Next day.
11:00 Up and out of bed.
11:00-11:30+ Watch TV (normally just part of a DVD rather than actual television).
12:00-1:00+ Get dressed.
I really want to know how I can make myself go to bed earlier and get up earlier. On the "DVD in the mornings" front, I would still like to keep that, even if I have to compromise and do some exercises as well.

Exactly exercises will keep you tired and thus will make you sleep earlier.

What did I just read?

Ok so do not eat chocolate before bed, it has caffine it will keep you up. It is a very very bad habit to use electronics in bed because you brain will associate bed with being awake. Same with watching tv before bed- its a bad habit

Sleep half an hour earlier today. By watching less films on dvd. Why not talk to your mum and sister together at the same time.
Maybe it's best not to eat dark chocolate before you sleep, as it has caffeine in it. Eat it in the morning

You dedicate a half hour to eating a banana? I wish I could slow down my eating like that! Try not to eat or drink anything at least two hours prior to bedtime. I would brush my teeth earlier to help keep me from wanting to eat anything, and get into your jammies earlier, too. Trying to move your schedule up like that may help. As much as I'd like to get more reading in, I either read OR watch TV.

I don't have too bad a problem getting to bed on time (9:30ish) because I must get up early (4:45) and go to work (6:22). On days when I don't HAVE to get up, it's tougher. Making appointments and having commitments help. It's just a matter of deciding what you really want to do.
