How to get an iphone past this screen?
I was given an iphone 5c a long time ago, screen was smashed and it was un usable, so i got it fixed and now I have to deal with this screen.
Is there a way to get past this screen or unlock it at home? I no longer have contact with the prev owner and I don't really want to take it into a store, and have them think i stole it.

All iPhone users are required to create an Apple ID and a password for it in order to use Apple products.

The screen is iCloud lock. This means that this iPhone you have is most likely stolen. There's no way to get past it. Ever.
Only the original owner can remove that iPhone from his/her account.
Turn it into the police. It's a crime in most places to be in possession of stolen property.
That's iCloud lock. The phone is still locked to the original owner, and only that person can disable it.
There's no workaround.
