How to get ios 7 on my iphone 4 without dev user?
I want to get ios 7 on my iphone 4 its version is 6.1.3 and i don't have a dev account i want to get it for free any links would be helpful and directions thank you
I don't think you can unless there's a cracked version of it somewhere for jailbroken iphones… They will be releasing iOS 7 in a few months to the public, otherwise it's just for "developers".
There's no way to get it installed for free because you need to register your device's UDID with a developer account, and those aren't free. However, you can pay $5 through a site like http://www.udid.in/ and they'll register your device on one of their accounts. They literally registered my 4S instantly and then I was able to install the beta.
