How to get more storage on my iPhone 4?
I need some more storage i want an album ( PennyBridge Pioneers ) and i'm running out of room ( i have 8GBs ) T_T

That's Apple's way of convincing consumers to upgrade and purchase a larger capacity model. There's no way to physically expand the storage of an iPhone (I also have the iPhone 4), but you can use online storage. Google has a really great way of storing files online with Google Drive, Google Play, etc. Apple also offers iCloud storage which you can access in your settings.
If you don't want to use online storage, then you should consider upgrading to a lager capacity and perhaps a newer model, such as the iPhone 5. That option is currently one I'm considering.
