How to GET MORE STORAGE ON MY IPHONE?
This is drivng me nuts. I can't take pics or download apps. I HAVE DELETED All MY APPS AND OVER 100 PHOTOS. I can't update to IOS 7 because it says I DON't HAVE ENOUGH STORAGE. What do i do?

Something is using up the space. How many GB does your phone have?
Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Usage"
This will tell you what is taking up all the space. Mine was mostly being taken up by photos, videos and a few large apps.
Note: it sometimes takes a minute for it to load after you click "Usage."
It can be many reasons -photos, videos or large storage apps. You can sync your photos and videos into your PC and delete the photos the photos and videos.
Or else something else must be using the storage.
Go to the Settings > General > Usage
You can check which all apps are using more storage.
Delete the unwanted apps.
Or else clear all the iCloud storage that is used up. Maybe the iOS 7 needs additional iCloud storage.
Clear also the the web history of your Safari, unwanted messages and logs.

5GB? You will have to delete LITRALLY Everything!
Ok I'm gonna say this, and it might work:
Restore the whole phone (delete everything)
You can do this by going into itunes on your pc, then click on RESTORE, this will erase iphone and install the latest iOS (7.0.4). Wait for it all to automaticly complete.
If you get a failure, something like not enough space, then you havenet really got a chance of upgrading, as the size of the software is over 1GB and you get some of the memory took away to help run the ios, on your phone. This woud take away 600MB-3GB
You can't increase space on apple idevices. You no option but to remove items from the phone. Also there's no iPhone with 5GB. I assume it is a 8gb iPhone - Operating System.
There's no 5GB 4S. The lowest offered capacity is 8GB.
As far as updating to iOS 7 you could do so via a computer & iTunes.
As far as the storage, try restoring the device, if you don't care for the data (which maybe the case since you said you deleted the apps). Also you could use a desktop app called PhoneClean to further help if need be (before trying the restore)
