How to get photos of a broken iPhone onto a apple laptop?
My phone doesn't work at all, and i need some photos off it can i get them onto my laptop and how? Or do i have to goto apple?
If the IPhone is broken and won't turn on/connect to your computer you won't be able to get them unless you had them saved to the ICloud in which you can sign into the iCloud on your computer and get them.

The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect.
