How to get rid of grey water spots beneath my iphone screen?
I left my iphone 3gs on the sink with water beneath it and then grey splotches started appearing beneath my screen.help me! I can't get a new screen because my mum will find out and she will kill me!
I don't quite know what you mean by water spots but if you see grey splotches on your screen then the LCD is damaged and needs to be replaced. If the phone did get wet then don't be shocked if you find other problems with the phone soon. Phones don't like water and are pretty sensitive to moisture.
This is like the classic white mould build up which happens on the iphone, first you'll probably want to vacuum the phone to remove any spores that lead to the white mould, then take the cover off the phone, take off the screen then wipe the side that has the spots with a rubbing alcohol. If you can't do this you'll need to take it to the phone repair store to wipe off the spots but you shouldn't need to get a new screen. Remember to vacuum it though or you'll get white mould from the dampness.

I don't know what it is but I need to know how to get rid of it. It's a little small black spot, it looks more like a small dark smudge, and it's nothing like a dark circle or anything.
