How to get rid of this iCloud Account that's already on my iPhone 5s?
I bought a iPhone 5s from a guy for $250, but he sold it to me with someone else's iCloud Account. Is there any way to bypass it or delete it? Its a really awesome phone, I want to enter in my own account.
I don't know the password, I don't know the guy's name or who he is, the guy I bought it from doesn't know, Its updated to ios9 and not jailbroken. If you know anything please feel free to share.

Just so you know, that phone most likely is stolen, which could get you in legal trouble.
Let me guess, now all of a sudden the seller can't be reached, does not respond to text, voicemail or the number has been disconnected?
You got scammed and there's nothing you can do to activate that phone, period. So keep trying to contact the seller on the off chance this was an honest mistake, but I'm think you got scammed.
You don't, you got screwed by seeking a cheap iPhone from a "guy" on the street. Now most likely you have a stolen and useless iPhone due to your poor judgement. Be smart next time sparky.

Everytime i sync my phone with iTunes it comes up with all the really crappy music from iTunes account on my music and it gives me the option to download it off of iCloud, is there anyway to get rid of this?
