How to get water out of a front camera?

I dropped my iPhone 6 in the toilet yesterday, so it spent the day in a bag of rice. (Thankfully) seems to be working okay now, although the brightness is a little dodgy. But there's a little bit of water on the inside of the front camera, it is just little drops, not dissimilar to how condensation looks. But it's affecting the camera obviously and making it blurry and have rain drops on it which I don't want.
Wondering if anyone knows a good way to get it out?
And if anyone knows how to sort the brightness that would be fab too!

Silica gel and seal the phone in a bag with the gel

Somebody HAS to explain how you drop phones into toilets. Since I don't hold my phone between my legs or my but cheeks, I don't know how it can happen.
