Save them to your sim card
From experience, the older iPhones still let you get the iOS upgrades as they're given. If that's true, you should have iCloud and will be able to back up the contents of your phone including contacts. Settings-iCloud-Manage Storage/BackUp, from there you can select Manage backup to pick the things you want backed up and then at the very bottom you can push back up and it does so. Once you get the new device sign in as the prompts say and it'll have you sign into iCloud, this restoring things for you.
- If I jailbreak my old iPhone 3G will that allow me to update the iOS to a newer version than it has? I have the iphone 5c but don't want to trash my old iphone because i can't get the same apps as my iphone 5. And explain a little more to me about jailbreaking?
- Do Apple/Verizon employees check your photos, and/or tell your parents? I'm transferring stuff from an old phone to a new one? So, my iphone 5c s screen cracked, and I got a new one, and my mom is about to take it in to put all the stuff into my new phone. Do the Apple/Verizon people see your photos/have access to stuff in your apps? They might get a glimpse of photos but I doubt they ll check them Not like I have anything to hide or anything…
- Can you switch an iPhone for a newer one? I have the iPhone 6 and I was wondering if I would be able to switch it for the iPhone 6s when it comes out, since I heard the prices for the iPhone 6s are a bit cheaper.
- Can I transfer my SIM card from my old iPhone into a newer model iPhone? Hi, I currently have an iPhone 5 and I want to buy either a sim free or unlocked iPhone 6 or 6s plus. My question is, can I transfer my old SIM card from my iPhone 5 into the iPhone 6 or 6s plus? I believe both models use nano SIM cards? My carrier is AT&T.
